Sultov has participated in various national and international group exhibitions and sculpture symposia worldwide. He is a member of the Bulgarian Association of plastic Artists.

Sultov creates his works based on the relationships between structure and space. His themes often include exploring the aesthetics of transformation, the perceivably temporal succession of change, the interplay of mind and matter. His highly recognizable style can be seen in numerous outdoor collections and public commissions in Italy, France, Spain, Japan, Turkey, China, Egypt, Canada and Taiwan.

"Acting upon form from outside, I introduce an impulse, a sparkle of movement, which then continues working from within. It shapes a new, exciting form, both sufficient in itself and eager to interact with its environment - playing with light, vision and mind."

He has participated in many symposiums for example:

  • 2014 9th International Stone Sculpture Symposium, Julienne, Charente, France
